1. Services Offered

Digital Nitro provides a range of creative and technical services including but not limited to:

• Social Media Marketing
• Google & Meta Ads
• Graphic Design & Printing
• Video Editing
• Website & App Development
• Wedding & Event Photography/Videography

2. Payment & Pricing

All services are offered at competitive rates. A 50% advance payment is required for most projects unless stated otherwise. Final deliverables will be provided upon full payment.

3. Intellectual Property

All content created by Digital Nitro remains the intellectual property of Digital Nitro until full payment is received. After payment, the rights are transferred to the client, except for stock assets with third-party licenses.

4. Project Timelines

Timelines will be discussed before project initiation. Delays caused by client inaction, late feedback, or incomplete inputs may impact deadlines.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If work has already commenced, a partial refund (if any) will be calculated based on the time and resources used.

6. Confidentiality

All project-related data, including visual content and client information, will be treated with strict confidentiality.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Nitro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our services.
